No other perfect way to start the day. It's summer time and we've got a heap of mangoes available. I was at a very good friends place on Saturday afternoon and Marcus was up the tree picking mangoes.
So here's a wonderful healthy breakfast idea to kick off the day.
1 small or half of a large mango frozen. (I chopped our mangoes up that were on the very ripe side and stuck them in the freezer for smoothies)
1/2 frozen banana
200mls almond milk
1 tsp of vanilla essence
25g of vanilla whey protein powder
1 cup of ice cubes
Stick all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and thick.
Delicious, refreshing and filling. ENJOY!!
